Those who attended the Poly 50 training will know what i mean. For the past few months, SPassion had become a ladies club and the guys are not turning up at all.
But yesterday, after so many months… there are about 8 guys…. and there are 3 gers… M***** is wondering why am i so excited abt it. So happy to see people like Ah S***, LJ, B, (I & V) are the newly recruited. Of course, our captain (KS) & vice captain (D) & ex-cap (MH) are all there.
The gers will be ME… M***** & YM. We are really so glad the guys empowered over the gers this round. The best part is Ah S*** had agreed to take up the adminstrative role again. He can really co-ordinate real well. Spassion is so happy to have him doing all these. Thanks Ah S***.
The training yesterday is really enjoyable cause i tried out something new. “The Beep Test” The inital test is easy but as it goes along… it will be getting faster and breathless. Think i am able to complete till level 8… Hope to increase by 1 level by next week. Really fun as it is really up to oneself fitness level. I want to try again…
