How a day is spend….

Having a causal little talk with a friend.

Me: How is a day being spent?

U: Sleep N Work N Watch TV N Sleep

Me: So Boring – Really no life leh

U: C’mon after a day of 10 hrs at work, where do u get the strength to do whatever u wish…

U: Tell me how u spend a normal day

Me: Defintely better than yours…

But on the other hand, i started thinking how my day of 24hrs is being spent (to myself) 

Wake up at 6am (Preparation + Travelling to work (est.1.5hr)

Reached office about 7.30am – 6pm (normally) – Include an hour of workout at gym – 10.5hr

Reached home normally about 7.30pm – 1.5hr

All the misc stuff for about 2.0hr. – The 3.5hr will be replaced by training if i were running or swimming

Definetly an hour of reading – “So knowledgable” …. hahaha

Sleeping is essential so must acquire about 7.5hr

Yesterday, i decided that i will take up a language course soon. Still deciding what to take up.
